We picked this up from the original owners. They bought it new locally. All window stickers, manuals and both sets of keys are with the van. It certainly is in near new condition.
We have a friend that works for the dealership where it was sold new. All maintenance records have been reviewed. The owners were obviously very particular. Even very small issues were delt with under the extended warranty plan.
